Ms. Manani is a lawyer by profession, an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a certified public secretary. She holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of London and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Moi University.
She has training and practical experience in corporate governance, legislative drafting, policy formulation, strategic planning, quality management systems, performanceb management and public procurement.
She is currently the Director Legal Services/Chief Commission Counsel at the Public
Service Commission and is also the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Micro Enterprises Support Programme Trust. She previously served as an Assisting Counsel at the Judges and Magistrates Vetting Board and as head of the legal department at Moi University. She also practiced as an advocate.
Ms. Manani is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the East African Law Society, the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, the International Commission of Jurists (Kenya) and the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya.
