Mr Isaac Kuloba has served the Kenya School of Law since the year 2009, and is currently the Assistant Director, Continuing Professional Development,Projects & Research. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree (Public Finance &Financial Services Law) from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
degree from the University of Nairobi, and a Post-graduate Diploma in Law (PG Dip Law) from the Kenya School of Law.
Mr. Kuloba has over 18 years’ experience and a wealth of knowledge in legal practice & research, and legal training, amongst other. Further, he is a trained legislative drafter. He is accredited mediator ADRg (United Kingdom). His areas of interest include legal research &consultancy, legislative drafting, public procurement and legal auditing, amongst others.
Prior to joining the School in 2009, Mr Kuloba worked in private legal practice where he specialised in civil litigation. He is a Member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society and has attended several trainings and seminars both locally and internationally.
